Spaces, wallets, earning sources and spending categories — what is the difference?
A space is a separate workspace (Personal, My Shop) with its own earning sources, spending categories, goals and period. A wallet is where money actually sits — a bank account, mobile money or cash. An earning source is where money comes from (Salary, Freelance) and a spending category is what money goes to (Rent, Food).
Can I change the start day of the month?
Yes. When creating a space you pick the day your period starts. You can also add new spaces later with different start days.
Is my data backed up?
Peso stores data locally on your device. Use Settings > Export all data to save a backup file, and Import from backup to restore it.
What happens if I set an app lock PIN?
Your PIN is stored only on this device and is required to open Peso. If you forget it, you can reset the app from settings.
