Data we collect
Peso stores the information you enter directly into the app, such as your name, space details, accounts, wallets, transactions, debts, goals, and reminders. We do not collect bank credentials or payment card numbers.
How your data is stored
All data is stored locally on your device. We do not send your financial data to our servers. You can export your data to a JSON file at any time and keep it wherever you choose.
App lock and security
You can add a 4-digit PIN to lock the app. The PIN is stored locally on your device. We do not store or transmit your PIN. If you forget your PIN, you can reset the app from Settings.
Analytics and third parties
Peso does not use advertising trackers or analytics services that identify you. We do not sell your data. The only external requests are for app update or support purposes, and they do not include your financial records.
Your choices
You can edit or delete your data at any time. You can export a backup, reset the app, or remove a wallet. If you uninstall the app, your local data is removed unless you have exported a backup.
